Exelon Nuclear Partners Announces New China Representative
Exelon Nuclear Partners today announced the appointment of a new locally-‐based China representative with the arrival of Steven P. Breeding Sr., Executive Director of Asia Pacific Business Development. Breeding will be based in Beijing, where he will work closely with China’s leading nuclear power operating companies to support safe, efficient, and reliable nuclear power development in China. Breeding will also be working across the region to support Exelon’s ongoing cooperative and commercial opportunities.

Use of Exelon Nuclear Management Model Results in Strong 2010 Performance at Exelon
Exelon Nuclear achieved strong performance and a new safety award in 2010, both attributed to use of the proven Exelon Nuclear Management Model for plant operations across their 17 unit fleet. The company reached an average capacity factor of 93.9 percent, exceeding 93 percent capacity for the eighth consecutive year. Exelon Nuclear also produced slightly more than 132 million megawatt-hours of electricity – the second highest production on record. In addition, the company was recognized for its outstanding focus on safety with the 2010 National Safety Council Green Cross for Safety Award, the first time a utility has achieved the honor.

Exelon Nuclear Partners Completes Memorandum of Cooperation with China National Nuclear Corporation
Exelon Nuclear Partners Participates in High Technology Trade Mission to India
Exelon Nuclear Partners (ENP) is traveling to India in February 2011 for a business development trade mission led by U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke. ENP will present their services in nuclear operation, construction management consulting, human resources development, and performance improvement to the emerging marketplaces of New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. Senior officials from the Export-Import Bank and the Trade Development Agency will be accompanying 24 participating businesses on the trade mission, including other major U.S. companies such as Boeing, Westinghouse, and Lockheed Martin Corporation. ENP will be the only U.S. nuclear operator in attendance.
